Every Tippecanoe item is printed just for you when you order. Here's what to expect.
Production Time
Orders take 2–7 business days to print before they ship.

Shipping

• Free shipping on all US orders.

• Most orders arrive 3–4 business days after they ship.

• Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories: please allow an extra 1–2 weeks for delivery.

• International orders: We currently ship to the US only. 

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, please email us within 24 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel. We can't make changes once an item has been printed.

Returns & Exchanges
Since each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the problem

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Packages & Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package shows delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
